Alliance for a Brighter Community Foundation (the non-profit arm of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®, Omega Alpha Omega Chapter) invites you to join us for our annual fundraising event, A Night in Emerald City. The event continues to garner acclaim as one of the premier fundraising events of the year in Greater North Dallas. This event was launched in 2016 by the Alliance for a Brighter Community (ABC) Foundation as a fundraising endeavor to support the organization’s philanthropic efforts. In the span of six years, the Foundation has contributed over $100,000 towards scholarships and an additional $150,000 to various charitable causes within the community. Through fostering partnerships and expanding its philanthropic endeavors, the Foundation has made a significant impact across the community. This year, the Foundation aims to raise $40,000.
The event will feature an evening of music and dancing with celebrity DJ Pharoah. Guests will enjoy a cash bar and a late-night breakfast buffet and may enter to win premium raffle prizes. All proceeds from this event will benefit our scholarships and community programs.
